The song features Anna Mitchell's re-inspiration of Country Joe & the FIsh's track From their classic 1967 record "I-Feel-I'm-Fixin-To-Die". Stripped of its jokey "H-bomb song" wrapping Anna finds the poetry at the heart of the original and sings of the enduring nature of loss, pain and love. Backed by Brian Hassey, Hugh Dillon and Davie Ryan she finds the beauty in the pain and the ache of love.

I walk through the scented air of summer's blooming
Into the frozen air of winter's dying,

And as tears inside me fall
The pain of old wounds
